KESAS is managed by highly skilled, experienced and professional personnel who are trained in various disciplines. It has a proven track record for the Built, Operate and Transfer (BOT) of LSA and was accredited and awarded the prestigious MS ISO 9002:1994 quality management system on 1 February 2000 for the management and operations of LSA. The certification was upgraded to MS ISO 9001:2000 on 1 February 2004 and was revised to MS ISO 9001:2008

Highway History

KESAS Sdn Bhd was formed in september 1993 to finance, design, construct, operate, maintain and collect toll for the Lebuh Raya Shah Alam (LSA) for 28 years and 9 months. Lebuh Raya Shah Alam was constructed in 1994. It was divided into 2 phases that is Package A and Package B with a total length of 34.5 km. Package A(from Sri Petaling to Seafield interchange linking KLIA -17 km) was opened to traffic in December 1996 about 4 months ahead of schedule. Package B( from Seafield interchange to Pandamaran interchange -17.5 km) was opened to traffic in April 1998 as scheduled.
